BREAKFAST INSPIRATIONS

Hi healthy eaters!

Everybody knows how hard it sometimes can be to decide what you want to prepare for breakfast. We must admit, that is our scourage. Often we spend few hours on reading our favourite blogs or searching for inspirations on instagram to finally discover what we want to eat the next day. If you sometimes also struggle with the same, basic questions "What should I eat for breakfast!?", we present you our new project called 'Breakfast inspirations'. We are going to post photos of our breakfast to inspire and help a little bit in making these tough, early morning decisions.

Oatmeal from rye oats with milk, mixed with cocoa, coffee, carob and cinnamon. Combined with grated apple, raisins and walnuts. Sprinkled with cacao nibs and chopped coffee beans.

Barley & millet flakes, flaxseeds, chia seeds and buckwheat cooked in milk, served with cottage cheese, dates and walnuts.

Yoghurt with cinnamon and chia seeds | Banana bread from THIS or THIS  recipe with cottage cheese and plum stew.

Overnight chia seeds with yoghurt, banana-cherry mousse and extra strawberries and blackberries on top.

Wasa bread with hummus, tomato and basil / Wasa bread with cottage cheese, buttered radishes (pre-heat pan, melt butter and add radishes, fry until golden brown) and chive.

Semolina with chia seeds on milk with caramelised oranges and walnuts.

Rice flakes cooked with milk, served with cherries, strawberries, segmented oranges, blackberries and cashew nuts.

Creamy (delicious) oats cooked with milk and grated apple served with rhubarb (cooked on the middle heat with butter, water, cinnamon and sprinkle of brown sugar) with chopped almonds and goji berries.
One of my favourite!

Millet with oats and chia seeds
cooked until smooth in milk with almonds, figs, blueberries and peach.

Millet flakes with milk served with cooked apples&plums, fresh hazelnuts, walnuts and cashew nuts.

Pumpkin spice oatmeal with chopped apple, pomegranate seeds and a splash of plain yoghurt sprinkled with a mix of nuts.

Poached egg with fried ham slices, lamb lettuce, sage chips and basil yoghurt
