Summer Lemonade

Hi healthy eaters! 
We bet you know how important is the idea to stay hydrated, especially during hot and sultrily days. Here in Poland we had a week of high - temperatured days and even nights, when we could barely feel the fresh air we were breathing in. We both bought tickets for Open'er Festival, which took place in Gdynia last week (July 1-4) and it was just incredibly amazing. Those people, those emotions, those tears of excitement, all combined together gave us this feeling that that's the way how to create our own story and memories. It was just flawless to be able to dance with others to the songs we enjoy and scream out loud every single line of lyrics and get free in every possible way. Nonetheless, we all should remember to keep our diet properly and feed ourselves with all important and valuable nutrients and minerals. Also don't forget to drink water in great amounts, because you should keep your body hydrated especially while being super active. That is why we have something to drink this time to show you, a great way to make your drink even better. It's obvious that not every single human being likes to drink water, so why not make water even more attractive! Lemonade is such an awesome way to hydrate your organism and body and gain a few vitamins and minerals more as well. Check out the recipe for our Summer Lemonade and enjoy its flavor.

Green celery smoothie.

We have shown you two recipes for super health smoothies so far, but let’s be honest – that’s not the end! They are good for everything actually, whether you’re thirsty or hungry, upset or happy, confused or blessed. We believe that healthy food makes us shine and thanks to right proportion of minerals, vitamins and basically notorious meals, there’s a strong possibility that your mood may change for better. That’s why many people keep on saying ‘what you eat you become’ and there must be something in it. That does not only involves humans, because as you'll see a pic below, even animals are willing to try such treats. They know what's good for them as well. Grapefruit spinach smoothie

Hi healthy eaters!
Most of us are in a hurry on daily basis and sometimes it’s pretty easy to go and buy some junk food. But we say NO to the junk food, NO! Come on guys, we know there are days we think ‘it’s not a big deal, just once in a while’. Well, we couldn’t agree more because it’s not such a huge deal as long as it’s not your habit. However, remember to treat your body and mind the way you wish to be treated. And that is why, we should always think about our meals even a day before because that’s the only way you can plan and make it as it should be made. And to be completely honest with you guys, you can mix any ingredients you like as far as smoothies are concerned because these drinks are our favourites today, so we’re gonna talk about them a little bit. Basically, we wanted to be more creative and use our imagination in order to invent our own flavor we both would enjoy. We spent a few hours thinking about the best combination of products we could use. And here we have – beautiful, tasty, healthy and.. oh just go and make one for yourself!

Maroon banana + spinach smoothie

This day has come. The 14th of February is already here. It’s Valentine’s Day everybody. We know that not everyone actually is willing to celebrate it, because we should be appreciative of the love we’re given throughout the whole year and show it to our beloved ones. Nevertheless, there are days we run off our feet and we need to fulfil all tasks and duties we’re responsible for. And this particular and special day may recompense our lovers, partners and family for the absence or the lack of time of ours. And of course, you may go to some fancy restaurant for a delicious meal, to the cinema for snacks or to the theatre and don’t eat at all, but why not do something on your own? We all are aware of the fact that the gifts that are made by us are the ones we may value the most. So why not make a meal by yourself? It does not have to be anything huge, five-course meal with a bottle of wine, champagne or any other drink. Use your imagination and create something special for your love! Our proposition is a homemade smoothie, which whets our appettite whenever we look at it. It’s simple, healthy and enormously delightful. We bet you’ll surprise you lover!

Almond milk

Hi healthy eaters !
We, humans, usually get bored of things rapidly and we’re likely to get frustrated really fast. Some people are just super creative and make up incredible things in order not to go bananas. And if you reckon you were not born creative, we bet you were. You may not be aware of it yet, but we’re telling you right now that we’re amdament that you’ve been inventing  some awesome things so far.
Alright, alright, we don’t know each other personally or even visually, but there are no human beings who have not created anything in their entire life. It does not have to be a carving, a painting or a time machine, it’s all about those little things that can bring a smile back. Well, the point is that we just need to look deeper into our body and soul because somewhere there, we might be artists of any kind. And that’s what happened to us recently, as far as milk is concerned. We jumped for joy at the idea of making an almond milk because of the fact that generally  we dislike drinking a pure one (maybe it’s owing to the raw taste of it, who knows ?!). The recipe will certainly hold appeal to you in terms of the simplicity of it. Your budget also will not get smaller because you don’t need much to make this extract. The jar full of goodness.

Hi healthy eaters !
Since the day that winter 'came' to us, we actually have not seen snow in our country yet. Winter lovers obviously have been praying for white fluff to appear and those, to whom it holds no appeal, must have had a great time. But let's be real, there's no this holy and breath-taking atmosphere, if there's no snow outside during the Christmas time. Nonetheless, this holiday has already passed by and till yesterday, there was no single snowflake on the ground. Admittedly, it came as a shock to us when we woke up this morning and saw white, clean and fresh snow behind a window. The temperature significantly dropped and we had to warm oursleves up. What's better for those cool and snowy days than a hot jar full of goodness ? You don't need much to prepare such a warming drink and have fun with your bestie while watching the snowflakes falling down.
