Rhubarb pie.

Hi healthy eaters!
This time, let's talk about seasonal products, which we are not always able to get during different periods of time, as far as those fresh and natural ones are concerned. Well, as we reckon that it's pretty much rhubarb's time, so we decided to do a few little freaking delicius things with it. Let's start off with saying that this piece of art you're about to see below does not take 10 minutes in terms of preparation. In order to make it and delight it, you'd better grab a piece of paper and write down every single ingredient that you may need. Obviously, if there are some produtcs that you do not tolerate, ten it's still fine. just be creative and add something new to this recipe. MMake It Your Own - to some extent, though! Basically, the rhubarb pie does not involve many and very fancy ingredients, son you can find them at your local shops probably as well. Try to be careful with te rhubarb in general, because it can easily lose nutrietns. Preparing both the filling and the pie are great things, which make you want to eat it as soon as possible. Nonetheless, you have to wait for some amount of time to enjoy its taste!

Rhubarb-apple dessert

Hi healthy eaters!
We haven't told you it yet, but we're huge fans of rhubarb. So we decided to make up some recipes with this specific product and make something magical in various of ways. What we decided to do was jelly dessert containing rhubarb and apple in one. Jelly desserts are well-known in our country, because Poles can serve it with anything they wish, as long as it's tasty. Admittedly, apples are so-called ‘polish fruit’ as Poles eat them in great amounts. Nonetheless, rhubarb is not so common and widespread, that is why we would like to say a few words about nutrition of this veggie. Basically, it’s one of the least calorie vegetables, as it contains 21 calories/100 grams. It’s rich in vitamin A, vitamins B of every kind and additionally vitamin K, which plays a potential role in bone health by promoting ‘osteotrophic activity ( bone formation and strengthening)’. If you have never tried this veggie, you should do so with any shadow of doubt.

Mexican tortilla

Hi health eaters!
As you may already know, we’re fascinated with travels, cultures and native people from all around the world. It’s often shown in our meals and the way they’re prepared or made. Well, recently we watched polish version of ‘Come dine with me’ and there was a girl who claimed that she cooked three Mexican dishes, although she has never been there before. And one of the participants said something that made us think about his words for a longer while. He said that you cannot prepare any meal from other countries as long as you are not there. Admittedly, we don’t agree with this statement, because we believe in the joy of cooking. And for us, it actually doesn’t matter if you’re Italian and cook Polish meals or if you’re Brazilian and cook Irish dishes. It’s all about having fun in the kitchen and making something tasty and healthy. Well, we also wanted to experiment in the kitchen, so that’s what we made, a Mexican Tortilla. Check the recipe and let us know what you think. Enjoy!
