Carrot cake

Hi healthy eaters! 
 Nothing beats carrot cake, especially this one, because it’s the lightest and the healthiest carrot cake you may ever come across. This sugar-free beauty uses all types of nuts added to sweeten the cake. It’s perfect for any occasion, a meeting with friends, family meeting, while watching  movie with your beloved one or maybe for your beloved one to treat him/her like prince/princess?  It’s so delicious and good enough to serve it without anything else. Additionally, we would like  to stress that even if you’re on some sort of diet, you also can have a piece of this cake as it’s the healthiest recipe you’ll ever read. Also if you try to avoid sugar as much as possible or even if you plan to quit it, our carrot cake will do everything to help you. Whenever you have sugar drops in blood, take a piece of it and it should do its thing, because of the natural sugar included. Prepare it on your own and let us know what you think about it!

Ingredients
500g carrot
5 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1,5 tsp baking powder
150g rye oats
150g walnuts, almonds, raisins, goji berries
3 tbsp oil

Instuctions
Mince rye oats in food processor. Grate carrots the most finely as possible. Separate yolk from egg white and whisk egg white until foam consistency. Slowly add egg yolks still stiring until combined. Slowly add grated carrots and oil. Chopped walnuts and almonds add to a bowl same as other ingredients. Plece in a baking form and bake in 180C for 1,5-2 hours.
