Cocoa oatmeal
Hi healthy eaters!
We just
love mornings, breakfasts and… oatmeals! It’s not only recommended to eat a warm
meal in the morning, but it also does us the world of good. The level of
preparation this kind of meals is not high, so even if you haven’t tried any
oatmeal yet, this is the perfect time to let yourself go crazy now. Definitely
you won’t regret it, deal? Actually, we’ve been thinking about this term ‘regret’
of late and we were considering it in respect
of its importance. What’s more, we rethought many situations as well and drew some conclusions, which may do not
surprise you at all. Basically what is the point of regrets? They don’t bring
anything positive into your life, but even make you ‘regret’ not trying or
doing some things. Obviously, we’re not saying this just in terms of food, but
rather to make you think about your actions and let you choose, which path you
want to move forward. Be aware of your steps and be proud of yourself! So now, don’t
let yourself regret not trying this enormously delightful breakfast, because
you don’t need much both time and ingredients to prepare it. Hopefully you will
enjoy it as much as we do.

Mexican salad
Hi healthy eaters!
You may not
be familiar with the fact that we’re kinda into fashion as well people. And
well, there are a few fashion bloggers we follow and get inspired from in terms
of cloths. But it’s not like we have our favorites or so, but basically we just
check their blogs from time to time in order to what they want to present the
world. We’re actually fascinated with their live, because they are able to
sightsee and travel so much that it makes us feel a little bit jealous. Nonetheless,
we’re aware of the fact that actually they have had to do something amazing so
that to be seen and noticed by media. Recently, one of polish fashion
bloggers had an opportunity to travel to
Mexico coupled with trip-loving bloggers as well. Throughout their two weeks of
chilling, they could see so many places and meet a lot of incredible people
too. We dare say they had an awesome time together and they were just enjoying
the moment, which all appreciated much. And we also got inspired so we decided
to try some Mexican Salad and let you guys know what we think and ‘taste’ about
it. Just three words – It Is Amazing! Obviously, you should follow the rules of

Veggie fries

After
really busy days we had recently, a break is needed as heck. What about a good
movie, a cup of warm tea and some snacks? Let’s chill and relax for a while to
rethink our actions, behavior and state of being. Obviously, it might be pretty
tough for some people simply to stop for a second, look at their own reflection
in the mirror and just be totally frank with yourself. And basically, we
believe that there are such days that we just need a while to dispense with
those stressful situations and breath in the fresh air. Confront yourself this
time while snacking on a handful of veggies fries. The best ones while watching,

Coconut cheesecake

We’ve
mentioned it many times already that we should treat ourselves the way we would
love people to treat us. Taking care of both our mind and soul influences our
state of being, mood and behavior. We did a little research of late to prove to
ourselves whether some hearsays about sugar are correct or not. Having bought
the book of Sarah Wilson was one of those best decisions ever made as we
found out about its pros and cons. We’re not gonna reveal the whole information
included in the book, but if you’re fascinated with healthy lifestyle and the
fact that food exerts an impact on us in various of ways, we highly recommend checking it out. It also involves a bunch of recipes made up by her and
so-to-say we decided to try some out, but obviously with a few changes, because
we just love to modify recipes. This is the low in sugar cheesecake, simple and
rich in nuts, which are wholesome. If you like discovering new tastes, this one is exactly for you. Go ahead and enjoy!

Dried apples

Snacks, snacks,
snacks… Junk food all around us, but we do not have to give in temptation at
all. We know, we know that it’s not a piece of cake and most of us don’t have a
strong will, but let’s just think about it for a while. Well, you must admit
that between those bigger meals, such as breakfast or dinner, we do get hungry pretty
fast and simply we tend to grab some snack or even more than one. A bar of
chocolate, maybe two or three? Candies? Comfits? What about a spoon and a jar
of peanut butter? We’re gonna mix it all together… No, that’s not the healthies
way to treat your body and mind. Obviously, you can eat them from time to time,
because our body also need those of fats and sugar, but don’t stick to them.
Take some fruits and veggies or make ‘a homemade’ cake/cookies. This time we
decided to present you something extremely fast in terms of preparation and
really tasty, so that you can have it as your snack anytime. These are so
called dried apples, which hopefully will whet your appetite the way that they
whetted ours.

Vegan Burger

It's been a while
since we last had a chance to give you another portion of inspirational food
recipes. Everyone's busy and in a hurry, that is why we had a 'break' for a few
days. But we're back with the brand new one, the amazing and full of colors
plate. This time, we decided to show you one more option for burgers, however, in
terms of those healthy ones. You don’t have to worry about calories and you do
not have to stand and watch it fry, because this burger must be baked. That’s
right, this little beauty should be baked in order to extract the flavor of it.
Additionally, it’s also a way healthier, so take all ingredients and get down

our head almost every single evening as we plan breakfast meal then. We have

millet appeared on our plates again but, this time, in a little bit different
type. The main ingredient, this time, is an apple from polish crops. The
combination of the apple, pear, millet and cinnamon will definitely make your
