Dried apples

Hi healthy eaters!
Snacks, snacks, snacks… Junk food all around us, but we do not have to give in temptation at all. We know, we know that it’s not a piece of cake and most of us don’t have a strong will, but let’s just think about it for a while. Well, you must admit that between those bigger meals, such as breakfast or dinner, we do get hungry pretty fast and simply we tend to grab some snack or even more than one. A bar of chocolate, maybe two or three? Candies? Comfits? What about a spoon and a jar of peanut butter? We’re gonna mix it all together… No, that’s not the healthies way to treat your body and mind. Obviously, you can eat them from time to time, because our body also need those of fats and sugar, but don’t stick to them. Take some fruits and veggies or make ‘a homemade’ cake/cookies. This time we decided to present you something extremely fast in terms of preparation and really tasty, so that you can have it as your snack anytime. These are so called dried apples, which hopefully will whet your appetite the way that they whetted ours.

Ingredients
Apples
Cinnamon

Instructions
Heat the oven to 150 C. Chop apples and place them on baking tray. For the really dry ones, wait 3 hours. Ours are baked for an hour.
