Hi healthy eaters!
We have
shown you two recipes for super health smoothies so far, but let’s be honest –
that’s not the end! They are good for everything actually, whether you’re thirsty
or hungry, upset or happy, confused or blessed. We believe that healthy food
makes us shine and thanks to right proportion of minerals, vitamins and
basically notorious meals, there’s a strong possibility that your mood may
change for better. That’s why many people keep on saying ‘what you eat you
become’ and there must be something in it. That does not only involves humans, because as you'll see a pic below, even animals are willing to try such treats. They know what's good for them as well. But... let’s keep it short today and cut
right here to make you think about it a bit. Hopefully, you’ll like it.

For one smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 apple
1 cup spinach
3/4 frozen banana
1 celery tick
handfull celery stick leafs
1/2 grapefruit
Instructions
Put spinach, apple, banana, celery and leafs in blender. Add grapefruit pieces and as many juice as you can squeeze from peel. Blen everything. Serve with chia seeds or bee polen. Bon apetit!
As you may recognize, not only humans enjoy such treats!
