Fish cutlets

Hi healthy eaters !
Shall we begin with another incredible story of ours ?  Well, my grandma always has been telling  me that dinner is the most important meal during the entire day. Since I remember, I’ve been following this rule and burdening myself with a task to make a  mealtime the best ever. Obviously, there were ups and downs, and there were times when simply I just didn’t feel like cooking anything unique. But it has changed quite a lot since those days and now I do celebrate every single meal. It must be added that I’m also not a meateater , so coupled with both my friend and partner of WG world, we decided to have fun with three main ingredients this time and make a few healthy cutlets. Presented below little rolls are made of fish, rice and dill leaves. It whets my appetite whenever I look at them and additionally, they’re really simple to prepare. Follow the instructions from below and enjoy the taste.

The jar full of goodness.

Hi healthy eaters !
Since the day that winter 'came' to us, we actually have not seen snow in our country yet. Winter lovers obviously have been praying for white fluff to appear and those, to whom it holds no appeal, must have had a great time. But let's be real, there's no this holy and breath-taking atmosphere, if there's no snow outside during the Christmas time. Nonetheless, this holiday has already passed by and till yesterday, there was no single snowflake on the ground. Admittedly, it came as a shock to us when we woke up this morning and saw white, clean and fresh snow behind a window. The temperature significantly dropped and we had to warm oursleves up. What's better for those cool and snowy days than a hot jar full of goodness ? You don't need much to prepare such a warming drink and have fun with your bestie while watching the snowflakes falling down.

Our jam roly-poly

Today we've got something a little bit different from our usual meals. It's about time to bring some sweetness to this place. We decided to prepare a cake and to be more specific a jam Roly-Poly. It does not have to be caloric and abominably sugary. You may follow a few steps to fully enjoy this delighful piece of art. Admittedly, a few days ago, we were looking for a recipe that would whet our appetite to the extend of desire. And after an hour or so we hit on a recipe that has attracted our attention right away. Nonetheless, we had to add some improvements to indulge our whims. And here it is, not too sweet, not bitter at all, healthy enough to taste it.
