Grapefruit spinach smoothie

Hi healthy eaters!
Most of us are in a hurry on daily basis and sometimes it’s pretty easy to go and buy some junk food. But we say NO to the junk food, NO! Come on guys, we know there are days we think ‘it’s not a big deal, just once in a while’. Well, we couldn’t agree more because it’s not such a huge deal as long as it’s not your habit. However, remember to treat your body and mind the way you wish to be treated. And that is why, we should always think about our meals even a day before because that’s the only way you can plan and make it as it should be made. And to be completely honest with you guys, you can mix any ingredients you like as far as smoothies are concerned because these drinks are our favourites today, so we’re gonna talk about them a little bit. Basically, we wanted to be more creative and use our imagination in order to invent our own flavor we both would enjoy. We spent a few hours thinking about the best combination of products we could use. And here we have – beautiful, tasty, healthy and.. oh just go and make one for yourself!

Vegetable omelette.

Hi healthy eaters!
There are days you just want to prepare something really quickly, because you're soooo hungry and tired that you have no strengths to do anything. Nonetheless, you may be not that kind of person who enjoys everything and finds anything tasty. That is why, we've been thinking about it for awhile and finally we came up with an idea of a super fast and a little bit different recipe with eggs and veggies. Well, cheers to the one and only vegetable omelette of ours. It differs from those well-known omelettes, just because of the preparation. It's delicate and soft in itself and we bet you'll try it without a shadow of doubt. Check the recipe, add any ingredients you like (it's really individual in terms of veggies, all up to you!) and simply enjoy the smooth structure and amazing flavour. It's your turn to make the meal!

These are not the healthiest cookies on the earth. What is more, they are not even close to be just a bit healthy. Maroon banana + spinach smoothie

This day has come. The 14th of February is already here. It’s Valentine’s Day everybody. We know that not everyone actually is willing to celebrate it, because we should be appreciative of the love we’re given throughout the whole year and show it to our beloved ones. Nevertheless, there are days we run off our feet and we need to fulfil all tasks and duties we’re responsible for. And this particular and special day may recompense our lovers, partners and family for the absence or the lack of time of ours. And of course, you may go to some fancy restaurant for a delicious meal, to the cinema for snacks or to the theatre and don’t eat at all, but why not do something on your own? We all are aware of the fact that the gifts that are made by us are the ones we may value the most. So why not make a meal by yourself? It does not have to be anything huge, five-course meal with a bottle of wine, champagne or any other drink. Use your imagination and create something special for your love! Our proposition is a homemade smoothie, which whets our appettite whenever we look at it. It’s simple, healthy and enormously delightful. We bet you’ll surprise you lover!

Dutch baby

Hi healthy eaters!
As you may know it from our post about the Leibster Award, we do derive great inspiration from people surrounding us as well as from those we do not know personally. And that's what happened lately while searching for some amazing and healthy recipes to try on our own. We decided to make a dutch baby presented below, which is inspired by the wonderful naturallyella. She makes incredible meals -  just in case you don't know her yet, go and check her blog out! Anyway, most people reckon that pancakes are a great option in terms of dinner, however, we firmly believe that actually those humans are not aware of the fact that yummy cuties are multi-purpose. Such pancakes can be served for breakfast as well and may bright your morning up straightaway. To be frank, we could eat them from the daybreak through the night. And the best part of it is that you can add anything to the mass. Nonetheless, the Dutch Baby is not a typical pancake you are familiar with, it’s one and only. Whole wheat banana pancakes

We encourage you to take a few minutes of break and focus on yourself. Think about what you love, what you enjoy most, what your aspirations are, what you would like to change and most importantly if you take care of yourself properly. We all are influenced by the communities we live in to look, eat and behave in particular ways. Teenagers are those who are like sponges, because they absorb every little thing they are said, regardless how harmful or dangerous it may be. Wholesome girls are aware of the fact that it’s pretty tough to protect yourself against violence, criticism and bad-tempered people, but we should endeavour to stay strong no matter what and  find the joy on daily basis. And that’s what we did recently, we cooked. Who doesn’t like pancakes, who ? Are there such people on the planet ? We also can have fun in the kitchen while preparing delightful meals. Wheat turtles.

The truth has to be brought to light finally because we treat each reader like a friend of ours and we just want to be frank with you guys. Let’s be real for a second, we have sweet teeth. We are addicted to the taste of sweetness and we enjoy every single morsel. That’s the reason why we promised one another to find the best alternatives of the confectionary. There are loads of ways you can actually substitute them for better products. Furthermore, you’re also able to make those snacks on your own and you don’t need much. Forget about unnecessary inches and pimples, because below you may find a recipe that hopefully will change your eating habits for good. We’re not experts, though, but such sweets are heaps better than those including ‘fake’ sugar. Try to get familiar with honey if sugar is not required. Almond milk

Hi healthy eaters !
We, humans, usually get bored of things rapidly and we’re likely to get frustrated really fast. Some people are just super creative and make up incredible things in order not to go bananas. And if you reckon you were not born creative, we bet you were. You may not be aware of it yet, but we’re telling you right now that we’re amdament that you’ve been inventing  some awesome things so far.
Alright, alright, we don’t know each other personally or even visually, but there are no human beings who have not created anything in their entire life. It does not have to be a carving, a painting or a time machine, it’s all about those little things that can bring a smile back. Well, the point is that we just need to look deeper into our body and soul because somewhere there, we might be artists of any kind. And that’s what happened to us recently, as far as milk is concerned. We jumped for joy at the idea of making an almond milk because of the fact that generally  we dislike drinking a pure one (maybe it’s owing to the raw taste of it, who knows ?!). The recipe will certainly hold appeal to you in terms of the simplicity of it. Your budget also will not get smaller because you don’t need much to make this extract. Coconut chia pudding

Let’s talk about something, which happens to exert a huge impact on our wellbeing. Let’s talk about food obviously, taking into account that we all are into it. Let’s talk about  nutritional values, this time the values of Chia Seeds. Despite the fact that they’re not the cheapest ones, they’re still worth mentioning. Chia seeds deliver a great amount of nutrients with very few calories, so you don’t have to worry about your diet at all. They are fraught with both antioxidants and fibre.  Chia is also the perfect source of proteins, especially for those who do not eat animal products. Given that chia seeds have lots of important nutrients, they should be able to improve metabolic health as well. When it comes to the preparation of them, they certainly have to be soaked in water for a few hours, so that they won’t lose any nutrients. You can make chia seeds whatever you would like to, as an addition to your oatmeal, in salads or even in a soup. You make that choice! Baked oatmeal.

Hi healthy eaters !
February came to us with the sunny but chilly weather.  Another month, new posts upcoming, more fun in a kitchen and a positive mood set out. Lately, we've come to realize anew that time is priceless and actually that everything you do now,  will never ever happen again in your life. It’s like you rip a sheet of paper from a notebook and start writing things you do on it. Then you notice that every single word written there is simply vanishing and only memories in your head are alive. The conclusion is that we shouldn’t waste time doing unimportant and valueless things, but derive great pleasure from everything we do instead. We try to make each day the best ever, though we may fail sometimes. And this time inspired by  healthysimpleclean, we decided to try oatmeal in another way. The kitchen hailed us and we didn't want to waste any minute, so we went there and baked our oatmeal, but not as usual with grated apple and coconut milk. Coconut millet pudding.

Hi healthy eaters !
Since we tried millet for the first time, and absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt have fallen in love with this grain, we knew that this will not be the end of our kitchen adventure with millet. You can prepare it for breakfast or dinner. Every opportunity is perfect to include millet in your dish. Firstly, it tastes like heaven (although some may say it's too dry). Secondly, you can mix it with whatever you want ! Its taste is rather neutral, so you can serve it with milk, fruits and drop of honey or mixed with some delightful veggies. And last but not the least is the fact that millet is the healthiest grain! 
When we found this recipe a few days ago on kwestiasmaku, we said: there's no time like present! In our last millet post we did show you the coconut vesion of it as a healthy and quick breakfast idea. Today, we would like to introduce you that kind of dessert, which can also be breakfast, lunch or supper. Smooth, healthy, easy and with a delicate taste of banana and coconut milk. The truth must be said. We’re novices when it comes to the blogging sphere and actually it gives us a pleasure to share our recipes and ideas with the interested ones.
