with very few calories, so you don’t have to worry about your diet at all. They
are fraught with both antioxidants and fibre. Chia is also the perfect source of proteins, especially
for those who do not eat animal products. Given that chia seeds have lots of
important nutrients, they should be able to improve metabolic health as well. When
it comes to the preparation of them, they certainly have to be soaked in water
for a few hours, so that they won’t lose any nutrients. You can make chia seeds
whatever you would like to, as an addition to your oatmeal, in salads or even
in a soup. You make that choice! In relation to us, we decided to make a
pudding this time with the help of chia seeds. And here it is – beautiful,

Serves 2
Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
150ml water
200ml coconut milk
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla bean
additional: fruits of your choice
Instructions
Put chia seeds in bowl or cup and pour water into it. Leave for a night in the fridge. The other day, add coconut milk, brown sugar and vanilla. Cook for about 10 minutes
