Green burgers

Hi healthy eaters !
Are you hungry for another food post of ours ? If so, then have a look at this golden brown beauties on the plate. They are meat free with sublime taste and valuable ingredients. Admitteldly, there are lots of people saying 'if there's no meat, that's not a meal', but to be frank it's just a myth. You can also enjoy your dinner while not eating any meat products. Remember, it's all up to you what you find delightful and tasty because no one else can recognize flavours for you. But let's get to the piont. These little cutlets made of veggies can be served with rice, buckwheat, barley and many other additions. Nonetheless, we decided to make vegetarian burgers and the results are just flawless. If you like to experiment in your kitchen and discover new flavours, then don't waste your time and try this recipe. Go !

Serves 3

Ingredients
140g courgettes
3 eggs
85g broccoli florets
2 tbsp chopped dill
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Instructions
Grate courgette and let them drain. You can also tip onto a paper towel and twist it to squeeze the moisture. Beat eggs in a bowl, add finely chopped broccoli, courgettes, dill and mix together. Add the flour, mix again and season with pepper and salt. Heat the oil in a pan. Put a large table spoon of the mixture in the pan and then add one more. Leave for a few minutes until golden brown and then flip to the other side. Repeat with rest of the mixture.
