Spring salad

Hi healthy eaters!
Spring, spring, where's this season? Well, it has finally come to us, here in Poland. As you may not know it yet, Poles spent their Easter watching the snowflakes fall down. That is why at least Wholesome Girls are glad that today's day was a way warmer. We missed those sunny and beautiful moments, those walks when you breath in the fresh spring air and those light and healthy salads, which obviously taste heaps better during the spring season. We can get rid of heavy clothes for a while as well. In that case without further due, let’s jump right into the spring mood and enjoy the weather, atmosphere and food! So we prepared spring salad for you to start off.

Wholesome cooking!

Serves 3

Ingredients
Basic:
4 cups rocket
1 cup cos lettuce
5 radishes
1/2 broccoli
3 eggs
1 tomato
3 tbsp seeds: sunflower, pumpkin, black sesame, chia seeds

Additional ingredients (you can skip them, change, add your own ideas-that is beautiful about this salad!) We added:
2 tbsp chopped blue cheese
4 slices parma ham
5 dried tomatoes
3 tbsp broccoli sprouts

Instructions
Wash lettuce and rocket, put in bowl. Wash and chop radishes and broccoli. Cook eggs, chop tomato. Roast all seeds. Gril parma ham for a while (until chrispy). Mix all ingredients.
