Breakfast barley.

Hi healthy eaters!
Finally a warmer month came to visit us on this side of the Globe. Hopefully, it will shine for a really long time! While the weather is so good to us, we should not waste any minute, just grab a bag and go for a walk, discover places we’ve never been to, explore spots we’ve never heard of. Be adventurous! To do all of that you have to have energy in order to do all things you simply want to. So you know…  first let me eat breakfast! Today we prepared barely, which is a little bit sweeter than our usual breakfast meal, nonetheless, it’s that kind of good ‘sugar’. All the ingredients have a lot of essential nutrients (more about it in the brand new section called ‘nutrients’). It’s extremely important to feed your body with all ‘these valuable stuff’. So basically, our proposition is to have a little bit of fun in the kitchen and if you like sweeter meals, then definitely this one is for you. So remember, before you decide to  move your body anywhere outside, have a meal! After you body receive all the nutrients, it will certainly function heaps better. We highly recommend breakfast barely for you to try out on your own and don’t forget to let us know if it’s in your taste!
