If you follow our blog then you’re already familiar with the fact that we really like recipes of minimalistbaker.com. Nevertheless, we wouldn’t have been ourselves, if we hadn’t modified a recipe even a little bit. So we did this time with a chocolate mousse. Everybody loves chocolate, it doesn’t matter what kind of chocolate it is and how it’s served, whether it’s a chocolate bar, a cookie or a piece of cake, there’s chocolate inside and that’s important. Actually we prefer dark chocolate for two main reasons, because it tastes heaps better and obviously it’s much more healthier than her brothers and sisters. It’s simple and super healthy, with no sugar included. However, it seems to be sweet, just because there are dates included. Chocolate mousse is a perfect way to show love to your beloved ones and make them appreciate you even more. Basically, if you don’t try it, you will never know how good and pure it tastes. The only thing you have to do right now is to go to the kitchen.
