This day has come. The 14th of February is already here. It’s Valentine’s Day everybody. We know that not everyone actually is willing to celebrate it, because we should be appreciative of the love we’re given throughout the whole year and show it to our beloved ones. Nevertheless, there are days we run off our feet and we need to fulfil all tasks and duties we’re responsible for. And this particular and special day may recompense our lovers, partners and family for the absence or the lack of time of ours. And of course, you may go to some fancy restaurant for a delicious meal, to the cinema for snacks or to the theatre and don’t eat at all, but why not do something on your own? We all are aware of the fact that the gifts that are made by us are the ones we may value the most. So why not make a meal by yourself? It does not have to be anything huge, five-course meal with a bottle of wine, champagne or any other drink. Use your imagination and create something special for your love! Our proposition is a homemade smoothie, which whets our appettite whenever we look at it. It’s simple, healthy and enormously delightful. We bet you’ll surprise you lover!

2 cups fresh spinach
1 frozen banana (peeled and sliced)
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 tsp honey
Put spinach, chopped apple, honey, banana and cherries in a blender. Add juice from 1/2 orange and blend.
Serve with bee polen.
