Raw date bites.

Hi healthy eaters!
Let's admit all that it's finally summer and vacation time! We don't know about you, but we usually plan what we want to do and accomplish during this break and sometimes our lists are overdone, which leaves us with the disappointment. Nevertheless, we try our best to make each holidays even better than the last one. Basically, we hate losing time and wasting it, so instead we prefer to make some plans in order to do everything we wish during the summer time. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee the future and there are moments when we need to change plans and do something else instead. But it's natural, usual and not a big deal, because everyone has to face it. Nonetheless, it's pretty hard to give up something you've been waiting for for so long. What we've noticed in ourselves and in others is that sometimes we simply forget to go with the flow and do something spontaneously, just without greater efforts put in it, just simply do it and have fun. So just in case you also deal with such issues, always remember to make this particular moment the best one ever, because time flies and with every second a little bit of you is gone. Time is precious, so don't waste it, because you won't get it back. It was just a quick reminder in case you have forgotten! Anyways, food is always good and it helps every single time. Healthy eating, active life and healthy snacks can make you feel heaps better. That is why this time, we decided to prepare something super quick and endlessly tasty. Banana pancakes (simple)

Hi healthy eaters!
Finally we can feel the summer, although the weather in Poland reminds us rather of April than June. However, it is still possible to bring this lovely season to our hearts and mind. And you probably know our prescription for better mood during these cold days. The answer is... food! Just imagine mornings with hot coffee, favourite book or newspaper and something delicious, light and warm to eat garnished with seasonal fruits. What can it be? Definietly, it should be quick to prepare, because nobody wants to spend long hours preparing breakfast. So here is our proposition, which contains all these conditions, also recommended by our trainer. Buy some fruits and relax while eating these wholesome pancakes.

Probably the best oatmeal ever.

Hi healthy eaters!
Since we became real members of oatmeal lovers club we also have started to experiment with basic recipes trying to create 'perfect oatmeal'. After about 365 days of testing different configurations (with or without milk, mix of oats or seasonal fruits) we discovered perfectly creamy, not too sweet, full of strawberries and rasperries with small splash of peanut butter, sprinkled with cashew nuts mixed with cacao nibs. What is more, these are not "just" oats. It's nicely matched combination of rolled barley flakes, rice flakes and millet flakes with poppy and chia seeds. We reckon that we do not have to mention at all, that it is truly a healthy thing. We can also ensure that this oatmeal will make your day a way better than a boring sandwich or even (it is riskful confession) avocado toast. Remember that you don't need all these ingredients to create perfect porridge. This recipe is just our variation of what we perceive as awesome. The best thing in preparing oatmeal is experimenting with ingredients you can find in our cupboard.

Noodles

Hi healthy eaters!
We love to experiment in the kitchen and this time we decided to go with the flow and try to do magic on our plates. As you have probably noticed, we do our best to choose those products that have the highest rate of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. One of us has been to China last year and had an opportunity to look around and get inspired in terms of cooking. Interestingly, we both found out that when it comes to pasta, Chinese people use different type of it, not  the one that we’re used to. ‘Rice noodles are the second most common rice product used in Asia, behind rice grains’.  We’ve done research, we’ve been seeking the nutrients’ table, because we wanted to find out what the differences are between the regular pasta and rice noodles. So actually what we’ve discovered was that rice noodles are gluten-free, which is especially a good news for those people, who do not tolerate it. Nevertheless, we looked deeper into the topic and revealed another really amusing thing. In the respect of calories, rice noodles also win, because they have a few less calories. However, if we want to consider vitamins and minerals pasta wins, just because it includes much more of them. Also the rate of protein is higher in pasta, but one way or another, both rice noodles and pasta are valuable. And we decided to use rice noodles this time to show that. If you do not tolerate gluten, then rice noodles are for you! But also those, who are able to tolerate it can enjoy its taste.

Homemade granola

It’s high time to introduce you to another amazingly amazing morning meal.  As we have already said a few words about the importance of breakfast, also we would like to warn you that you SHOULD’T go out  without a portion of nutritious dish of our healthy oatmeal. On balance, we all would be approve of the fact that food is the source of happiness and it brings a lot of brightness into our lives, doesn’t it ? It’s actually not just about eating some low in sugar and calories products, but about savouring every single mouthful  of a perfectly matched ingredients as well. Our version of California Barley Bowl

Hi healthy eaters!
It’s high time to tell another…. let’s say ‘story’. Well, we had a few days off from the school, so that we could relax and rest and obviously do even more things we wanted to. And For both of us these four free days has just passed by without ‘saying anything’. It’s just like when you really need a few days off and when it’s time to go back to ‘reality’, just sometimes you don’t feel like doing so. Nonetheless, remember to stay positive no matter what, and we are aware of the fact that sometimes it must be so hard to keep the head up, but trust us à without the proper attitude towards various things you would do nothing! This post is going to be more personal, even though we try to write some ‘life thoughts’ or ‘life uplifting comments’, so that maybe we may make some of you feel better or even smile. We are not experts at advising people on a huge scale, but we believe that even a few smart and mature words can help somebody go through a tough time. So just don’t forget to stay positive, because it helps a lot. What is more, you should apprehend that it does not matter what people say or think about you, because gossips don’t define a person. And you have to know that you should not be bothering yourself with thought including the size you wear or your appearance. What really matters is to be found inside an individual and the best way to get to know someone is to talk to them and be open. We are adamant that many people have said these words before even  thousands, millions or billions times, additionally every day we tend to spread them, still not many people believe and follow those words. We live in the society for who people’s values or standpoints are not that important as we he has and what he can give. So our advice is to keep you head up no matter what, because if there is someone who cares for you, then he cares for you because he likes the person you are. Stay true to yourself and don’t bring yourself down. Once Margaret Thatcher said ‘ if you set out to be liked, you would be prepared to compromise on anything at any time, and you would achieve nothing’. We find these words incredibly  true and adequate to nowadays’ society. But you should also remember that food provides people with nutrients and vitamins, but it makes people feel better as well, especially when they eat healthy! That is why we decided to prepare something quick and refreshing for today and we deeply believe that you will enjoy!

Paprika pancakes

Hi healthy eaters!
Huge fans of pancakes are back with the brand new recipe! To be frank, it was our first time making these orange circles and we were not sure what to expect. It must be stressed that we love all kinds of pancakes, pale ones, with carrots, with apples or bananas, and many, many more... ! But we also enjoy experimenting in our kitchen. We have never ever made them before and also the amount of ingredients is 'ours, so if it's too liquid or the wrong way around, then add flour or milk respectively. You can also include different products or seeds to this recipe, but we encourage you not to do it before trying these out! Actually, pancakes are good for everything, for any occasion, it's just a matter of decorations and ingredients. Hopefully, you will enjoy those beauties below, because they taste unearthly goood!

Rhubarb pie.

This time, let's talk about seasonal products, which we are not always able to get during different periods of time, as far as those fresh and natural ones are concerned. Well, as we reckon that it's pretty much rhubarb's time, so we decided to do a few little freaking delicius things with it. Let's start off with saying that this piece of art you're about to see below does not take 10 minutes in terms of preparation. In order to make it and delight it, you'd better grab a piece of paper and write down every single ingredient that you may need. Obviously, if there are some produtcs that you do not tolerate, ten it's still fine. just be creative and add something new to this recipe. MMake It Your Own - to some extent, though! Basically, the rhubarb pie does not involve many and very fancy ingredients, son you can find them at your local shops probably as well. Try to be careful with te rhubarb in general, because it can easily lose nutrietns. Preparing both the filling and the pie are great things, which make you want to eat it as soon as possible. Nonetheless, you have to wait for some amount of time to enjoy its taste!
