Bonjour Paris

Long time no see. We are beginning to think no regularity is simply the nature of our blog. Yet since 2015 we still constantly think about this site and somehow we cannot forsake it at all.

So to speak, let's come back to February, to the Parisian trip. Although not focused on food so much as on the art galleries or architecture, I still have some photos of almond croissants or eclairs worth to share. Frankly speaking, this post is just to have a flashback of my trip since I truly miss it.

Our food schedule for those 5 days in Paris was quite simple and rather far from responsible a.k.a. healthy. Leaving hostel at 9 am, typical breakfast we looked for was either baguette in a hand during a walk or coffee & almond croissant.

Following a well-known rule - the less known and Instagramable bakery, the better the taste. Therefore the best croissant we had was the cheapest and the less pretty (left photo).

Pistachio eclair with raspberries.

Spots recommended for us by our friends from France:
1) O'Tacos
5 Rue des Innocentes
I was quite skeptical at first. A typical fast food in the form of taco filled with french fries may sound gross, yet after a day of walking and feeding our bodies only with a brown, liquid fuel - coffee, it was a nice end of the day. Recommended by our friends as a casual late-night street food of Paris.

2) Ten Belles
10 Rue de la Grange aux Belles
Located in the 10th arrondissement where we stayed and at the same time liked the most, it was a perfect place for a morning coffee and small breakfast. No need to add more, we enjoyed it very much. Thanks for recommendation :)
