Vegan Burger

Hi healthy eaters!
It's been a while since we last had a chance to give you another portion of inspirational food recipes. Everyone's busy and in a hurry, that is why we had a 'break' for a few days. But we're back with the brand new one, the amazing and full of colors plate. This time, we decided to show you one more option for burgers, however, in terms of those healthy ones. You don’t have to worry about calories and you do not have to stand and watch it fry, because this burger must be baked. That’s right, this little beauty should be baked in order to extract the flavor of it. Additionally, it’s also a way healthier, so take all ingredients and get down to work.

Wholesome cooking!

Serves 10

2 cups grated carrot
1 1/2 cup cooked millet
1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup roasted sezamme
1 red onion
1/2 cup breadcrumps
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp chopped dill
1 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp chili

Place all ingredients in medium bowl and mix until sticky mixture. Form medium cutlets and place on baking tray filled with baking paper.

Bake for 30 minutes. Afer 15-20 minutes turn cutlets on the other side.
