Homemade granola

Hi healthy eaters !
It’s high time to introduce you to another amazingly amazing morning meal.  As we have already said a few words about the importance of breakfast, also we would like to warn you that you SHOULD’T go out  without a portion of nutritious dish of our healthy oatmeal. On balance, we all would be approve of the fact that food is the source of happiness and it brings a lot of brightness into our lives, doesn’t it ? It’s actually not just about eating some low in sugar and calories products, but about savouring every single mouthful  of a perfectly matched ingredients as well. Low in sugar, filled with nuts and other wholesome ingredients. Perfect mix for early, delicious and totally healthy breakfast!

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped walnuts, almonds
1,5 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoon coconut shreds
1/2 cup raisins
5 big chopped dates
Whiff of salt
75 ml olive oil
75 ml honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Mix oatmeal with nuts and spices. Put olive oil, honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla in the pan and heat on a low heat. Let it boil slightly and take it off the stove. Pour the syrup mixture into dry ingredients and mix properly. Put oatmeal mixture on baking tray filled with baking paper. Bake granola for 15-20 minutes. After first 10 minutes open oven and stir granola.
