Hi healthy eaters!
Finally we can feel the summer, although the weather in Poland reminds us rather of April than June. However, it is still possible to bring this lovely season to our hearts and mind. And you probably know our prescription for better mood during these cold days. The answer is... food! Just imagine mornings with hot coffee, favourite book or newspaper and something delicious, light and warm to eat garnished with seasonal fruits. What can it be? Definietly, it should be quick to prepare, because nobody wants to spend long hours preparing breakfast. So here is our proposition, which contains all these conditions, also recommended by our trainer. Buy some fruits and relax while eating these wholesome pancakes.
3/4 glass oats
Put bananas, eggs and oats mixed into flour in a blender and combine. Preheat pan with 1/2 tbsp oil on it and start frying pancakes.
