Coconut millet pudding.

Hi healthy eaters !
Since we tried millet for the first time, and absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt have fallen in love with this grain, we knew that this will not be the end of our kitchen adventure with millet. You can prepare it for breakfast or dinner. Every opportunity is perfect to include millet in your dish. Firstly, it tastes like heaven (although some may say it's too dry). Secondly, you can mix it with whatever you want ! Its taste is rather neutral, so you can serve it with milk, fruits and drop of honey or mixed with some delightful veggies. And last but not the least is the fact that millet is the healthiest grain! 
When we found this recipe a few days ago on kwestiasmaku, we said: there's no time like present! In our last millet post we did show you the coconut vesion of it as a healthy and quick breakfast idea. Today, we would like to introduce you that kind of dessert, which can also be breakfast, lunch or supper. Smooth, healthy, easy and with a delicate taste of banana and coconut milk. Ladies and gentelmen - Coconut Millet Pudding.

Wholesome cooking ! 

1 cup cooked millet (look down)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
1 banana
1 tsp lemon juice
fruits of your choice

MILLET: Presicely swill millet in warm water few times until clear water. Cook millet until tender in proportions: 1/3 cup millet + 1/3 cup coconut milk + 1/3 cup water. Cook for about 15 minutes.
PUDDING: Blend all ingredients until entirely smooth.
